During checkout, you certify that you are providing the correct shipping address. To ensure your package is properly delivered and to avoid unnecessary delays, kindly review your shipping address carefully. Include all relevant and/or required information before completing your order. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.
Love Rys is not responsible for delays outside our control, lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
All orders are subject to processing apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination.
We aim to process your orders within 2 business days* upon confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is successfully placed. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail and/or SMS.
There may be times that your order will be held for further checks, please monitor your inbox or spam folder regularly for any communication and/or follow-ups to avoid delays or cancellation.
Our delivery schedule is from Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays and scheduled temporary shipping). However, please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods (i.e. during promo offers and public holidays).
In a rare case you have not receive an order confirmation email within 1 hour* and a tracking number within 3 business days* of placing your order, please contact us here for assistance.

Domestic orders will be delivered to your specified shipping address via AUSTRALIA POST with the following time frame:
- Standard Shipping: $10.60, 3-14 business days*
- Express Shipping: $14.10, 1-7 business days*
You may select shipping with "Authority to Leave" or "Signature on Delivery".
Signature on Delivery is recommended for added security, but not required. If Authority to leave is selected, your parcel may be left unattended to your specified address and you accept all liability/responsibility once the shipment has been marked "Delivered" and left on the property.

International orders will be delivered to your specified shipping address via AUSTRALIA POST and the destination's LOCAL POST/COURIER with the following time frame:

- Express Shipping: 6-11 business Days*
- Zone 2: Pacific Islands destination
- Standard Shipping: 5-25 Business Days*
- Express Shipping: 3-20 Business Days*

Signature on Delivery is not available on international shipments.

Keep an eye on your parcel's tracking number. As soon as it lands your country, you may need to contact your local courier/post office for instructions on how to collect your parcel/package (if applicable - depending on the destination country). It is the customer's/consignee's responsibility to complete the claim and/or collection of your parcel/package from your local courier, provided it is necessary.
Your parcel may be destroyed or returned to sender if remained uncollected for a period of time. Furthermore, Love Rys Australia is not responsible for destroyed or returned parcel due to incorrect/incomplete address, non-claimed, receiver not known at the address, refused collection of your parcel/package, and the likes.
For deliveries inquiries, check the shipment tracking location. Contact Australia Post at 13 76 78 if your shipment location is in Australia, or your local post if your shipment has landed your country.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM IMPORT TAX & FEES
For international orders, please be aware that all orders may be subject to custom and duty fee as defined by country of import. Customs and duty fee are not included in your order and /or shipping total.
Love Rys is not responsible for any fees associated with import and/or if your parcel is held by customs. The customer/consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods, provided it is necessary.
Love Rys is not responsible for import processes cancelled by customs - shipping cost for this matter or the like is non-refundable.
For customs inquiries, please contact your country's customs authority - each country's customs policies differ.
Pre-Orders are products not available for next business day shipping*.
Pre-orders ETA, prior shipment from Australia Hub, is 1-2 weeks and is subject to availability.
If your order contains pre-order items, you agree to abide with pre-orders ETA. Otherwise, please place them in a separate order.
Pre-orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
SHIPMENT RETURNED TO SENDER
During checkout, you certify that you are providing the correct shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping address for any errors before completing the order. Love Rys is NOT responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect/incomplete address provided upon order placement.
If a packaged is returned to us due to; being unclaimed, receiver not know at the address, incorrect/incomplete address, and/or the likes, customer will be responsible for a re-delivery expense and admin/handling fee (10% of total order value, same policy applies for refunds caused by delivery returns).
If you have accidentally provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately within an hour after placing your order here or email us at email@example.com. Once your order has been fulfilled, it's no longer possible to change the shipping address.
For delivery inquiries and/or complaint(s), please contact Australia Post for domestic (have your tracking number ready) at 13 76 78 - for quicker response, or your country's local courier/post for international. Alternatively, we are also happy to assist lodging your enquiry and/or complaint(s) - please expect a little longer correspondence to allow time for both customer's and courier's responses.
NON-DELIVERY, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
In a rare case you experiencing delays, a non-delivery, or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the courier but you have not received it; please contact us or the courier for assistance.
For delays and non-delivery, Australia Post will advise a timeline, and will further investigate if still undelivered after the advised date.
For tracking information that states delivered but not received, please contact Australia Post or your country's local courier within 10 days to file a claim for up to $100 only, if eligible (if you want a faster response).

Alternatively, we can assist you in working with the courier to complete the claim process, if eligible (please expect a little longer correspondence to allow time for both customer's and courier's responses).
Please note: If eligible, claims can take up to 30 days to complete.
Love Rys is not responsible for delays outside our control, lost or stolen packages that have confirmed delivery to the specified shipping address. We DO NOT issue refunds or credits for packages that the courier confirms in transit, as being delivered or is marked delivered.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
FLAMMABLE AND DANGEROUS GOODS LIMITATION
Orders containing "Flammable goods" will be transported in compliance with Dangerous and Prohibited Goods policy. Perfumes CANNOT be sent via Express Post nor International Post.
If your order contains "Flammable and Dangerous goods" and has chosen Express as shipping, we reserve the rights to amend and proceed with shipping via Standard post only.
Flammable and dangerous goods cannot be shipped via air, we reserve the rights to amend or remove any flammable and dangerous goods for all international orders.
EXPIRATION & LARGE QUANTITIES PURCHASES
For Large quantities purchases, please be aware that some items have shorter shelf life than usual. Love Rys aims to ship out items the least 2 months expiry for cosmetics and/or at least 2 weeks for short shelf life consumables/food, unless requested by customers or stated under product description. Otherwise is a responsibility of the customer when purchasing larger quantities. If an order contains less than 2 month expiry for cosmetics and/or less than 2 weeks for short shelf life consumables/food, you will be contacted via email to confirm if you wish to proceed with the purchase unless the expiry is stated under product description. Please consider express shipping when your order contains short shelf life eg. Food. We do not recommend short shelf life consumables for international orders.
COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATES
We strive to get your products to you as soon as possible. Please take into account COVID-19 shipping delays when ordering as there may be a slight delay to your delivery which is out of our control.

Love Rys do not refund if your item is in transit.
Love Rys is NOT responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect/incomplete address input by customers. If you have an error in your delivery address, it will cause significant delays - these orders are non-refundable.
