SENSITIVE SKIN/IRRITATIONS/ALLERY REACTIONS
As with any beauty/skincare products that are applied to the skin, reactions can occur. If you know you have sensitive skin or are allergic to certain ingredients, please enquire ingredient list via email at loverys.au@gmail.com before making an order, or check the product descriptions and ingredients if available on our website. It is very important to do a patch test before using any new beauty/skincare products. If you are unsure of any potential reactions, we recommend to check with your physician or other qualified health care professional before making any purchase. If any reactions do occur, please discontinue use and seek medical attention if necessary. We apologise in advance if our products do give you an allergic reaction. However, Love Rys Australia is not liable of any reactions that you develop and cannot offer replacement products or returns. That, of course, we hope will never happen!

ALWAYS DO A PATCH TESTING
If you have sensitive skin, don't blindly trust in 'hypoallergenic' claims. Always test a new skincare product for a reaction before changing your routine.

Apply a small amount of new product to clean skin inside, such as behind your knee or inside your elbow. Cover and leave for 24 hours, if that application produces no reaction within 24 hours, it's time to assess how the product will perform on your face. Pick a small area of your face that's easily covered, if there's no reaction, the product is probably safe for you to use.

It is especially important to undertake this patch testing if you are prone to sensitive skin, eczema, and psoriasis to avoid flareups.
