What delivery options are available?

We offer flat rate standard and express shipping via Australia Post.

For Domestic (within Australia): Signature on delivery is recommended, but not required, for a small additional fee.

Signature on delivery is NOT available for international shipping.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking details. From there, you will be able to track the progress of your parcel.

You can also track your order via Australia Post - track your parcel and enter your tracking number.

If you are unable to locate your tracking number or did not received one after 2 business days* of placing the order, please reach out to our Customer Care team and we will do our best to help you.

* excludes unpaid orders
* excludes orders with "pre-order" items
* if your order falls within 29 February to 8 March 2024, this will be processed from 9 March 2024. You can find all the details on our

When can you ship my order?

On 29 February to 8 March only
- if your order is placed within 29 Feb to 8 Mar, this will be processed from 9 Mar.

Right now, we’re doing everything we can to get your order out from our Melbourne Warehouse the next business day* - cut off of 10pm Melbourne time applies.

My order has not arrived, when will I receive my order?

All orders will be processed following our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
